VIEW ALL PROMOTIONS Our Customers Are Talking We couldn’t be happier with Parker & Sons. We purchased a Hot Water Heater from Costco, Parker & Son’s installed. We called for the install. It was easy to make an appointment, they were here with in a few days…quick/courteous, no issues. Fast forward less than a year later…we come home from being away. Our hot water heater has leaked all over the garage…It was 5pm on a Saturday night…we call Parker & Son’s. The technician arrived with a new hot water heater with in 1 hour. He removed & installed the new water heater. Advised us the old one was defective & it was with-in 1yr warranty period, so no charge. He was finished/cleaned up with in an 1 1/2hr tops. Awesome! We were called Monday to make sure everything was working properly. Great customer service! We will definitely use them again & are telling anyone who asks to call Parker & Sons! Tracy and Lori S. I called on a Sunday, the repair person returned my call within 10 minutes of my call, and he was there within 20 min. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote–which was very reasonable.
